Summer Ready!

With the crazy winter weather that we've had, it's never too soon to start thinking about a face lift for your dock or decks! Summer is approaching... (yay!) Water, weather and use can create issues for docks over time. This project was just a matter of pulling off the old boards and ensuring that the supports and pilings were still in good shape. It was then re-framed with an Azek composite decking product. Country Home Gets a Fresh New Look

This house was originally built in the 70's with a lot of vinyl & carpeted flooring, wallpaper, outdated finishes and dark wood beams that all needed some updating. This ramble was completely opened up throughout the kitchen, dining room and living room to create a nice flow. The sunken living room floor was raised to meet the dining room floor, all the dark wood beams and rails were removed or painted, the wall separating the kitchen and dining room

This project was QUITE the master bedroom / master bath remodel! We transformed this small master bedroom and adjoining bathroom in to a stunning custom remodeled master suite – complete with beautiful custom made cabinetry and trim detail, new hardwood and tile flooring, new lighting fixtures selected by the homeowner, fresh paint on the walls, ceilings and trim, a gas fireplace insert with a custom made mantel and marble surround, and to top it off, new windows and a large custom made

American Lake Garage

Recently completed project: This was a complete tear down of the existing garage and rebuild of a 1300 SF, three car garage with a shop. The landscape island was removed, driveway freshly asphalted and new aggregate sidewalk poured. The new garage doors, exterior siding and roof material match the house. This type of trim is usually used in dens or formal dining room but the owners wanted to have their exterior space customized. It’s a beautiful addition to this master suite remodel of a 1930’s Country Club

Another update on the Mercer Island house

The Mercer Island Home Remodel interior had some challenges to deal with. The original framers had framed a fire place surround that encompassed two stories. With the short sale we had no idea of what to do with it or how to complete it. Our team of designers and field staff come up with concrete. That would give the house a nice contemporary look and would be a clean look. The home owners suggested that

Mercer Island House, part 3

So from the last blog we were speaking of the veneer stone work on the Mercer Island Home. Here are the finished photos of the exterior. We finished the soffits with a clear cedar tongue and grove that was stained. The clear cedar has no knots in it so it gives it that clean linear look. We ran the cedar perpendicular to the main house so it would stand out and give it that POP
